I see this sign along Concord Blvd, and it never changes. It makes me wonder what the question was? These days it is difficult to know.

Isn't there a sign ordinance in Concord? The zoning is residential not religious. I guess the City picks and chooses which laws to enforce. If this was in the storm drain it would be called graffiti and painted over by a city crew.
I think this is in a persons yard? I have seen it. It reminds me that no matter how bad things get Jesus is the answer. As long as I depend on him I can survive EVEN THIS. I do not think that it is against the law to have a sign for Jesus on your front lawn. If that's the case we would have to close the Churches, Stop Easter, and Christmas. Why would there be an ordinance for this. I have seen worse.

Maybe the question is: other than Jose, what is the most popular first name with a 'J' in Spanish?
