I have detested the killing of seals for a long time and have used the issue to often poke at my Canadian buddies when they get all huffy about the superior 'good guy' image of Canada.
Disgusting, absolutely disgusting. I can't watch the video, I know it would make me sick to my stomach. Thanks for putting this up though, I think it's important for a lot of people to witness. Very sad that people have no regard for life, no matter what kind of life it is.
no way am i going to watch that video.. why are you mister writer? cheery up. there is a lot of misery all around, but i hope you'll start to focus on some positive, it will make you happier too.
Where is the positive that I do not cover? I do cover positives but the negatives that exist need to be highlighted unless we just want to put our head in a sandpit.
The fact that the seal killings go on needs to be noted. Not watching the video is fine if you read about it somewhere. But avoiding the negative just because we should be happy is not reality, I'm afraid.
And for the record, I am happy. I make sure to live life, love my family and work to make changes that will better life. Having avoided facing reality for so long, we have a very, very long laundry list of things that need to be fixed and cleaned and it is time that started to happen.

I'm choosing to read, though I will skip the video. This doesn't surprise me that seal killing is going on. Yes, it should be talked about so that people are aware.
