SCAM PHONE CALLS COME FROM... CONCORD!!!!!!

I previously posted about those scam phone calls warning that your warranty is about to expire (HERE) and there has been much follow up in the media about it. Well shocker of shocks, it turns out that downtown Concord hosts one of the offices that conducts this scam. Read HERE to watch the report from KPIX's Anna Werner and then file a complaint against Access USA, the call center in Concord (Todos Santos Plaza) for Pacific Guard Warranty, with the Concord City Council, so that we can get rid of them!
