Do we really need to spend $423,500 to answer a question most men will answer for FREE?

Insanity in action once again as the National Institute of Health will spend $423,500 to find out why men do not wear condoms. Yep, that is exactly what I said.  And it is a two year 'hands on' study. "Researchers at Indiana University's Kinsey Institute, with funding from the National Institutes of Health, are investigating why "young, heterosexual adult men" have problems using condoms.
